Once you've made contact either via whatsapp or email, giving a brief summary of your needs, I will aim to contact you within 2-4 working days. I will gather some more information of your dog and the issues you are experiencing. For more complex behavioural issues I may ask you to send a video of the behaviour in question, videos will allow me to analyse the behaviour and understand it. However, please do not intentionally put your dog in any stressful or dangerous situation.
Depending on your concerns we will decide which package would best suit you and your dog and will arrange your first session.
The initial consult is designed to gain a detailed history of your dog and to allow me to assess the behaviour of concern. I will be asking a variety questions such as age, breed, sex, any significant medical history, any history of aggression, and the context of the behaviour etc. If appropriate, depending on the behaviour issue, the initial consultation will be at your home. However, if for example, your dog is aggressive towards strangers, the initial consult may be carried out via telephone so I can gain as much information as possible without putting your dog under unnecessary stress.
